Utility Surveys

A detailed underground Survey used to check for any below ground wiring or pipes to locate water, power, fibre optics, drainage, sewage, gas and telecommunications.

Utility Surveys by Pro Point Surveys

Pro Point Surveys use an underground utility survey to identify the location and condition of underground utilities surrounding a potential building site. Conducting a utility survey is done using a Ground Penetrating Radar, which uses radio waves to locate and detect natural and artificial objects below the surface. Pro Point uses this advanced detection technology to check for any obstructions including gas pipes, electrical cables, water mains and drainage systems.

Pro Point's experienced team uses non-invasive techniques to deliver detailed reports, minimising the risk of errors during planning or construction stages. They provide insights into utility layouts, helping clients make informed decisions.
